The Amsterdam Open is the largest international debating tournament of the Netherlands. The tournament is organised since 2007 by the Amsterdam Student Debating Society Bonaparte. The Amsterdam Open is a BP-style tournament in English. In 2010, the tournament had the status of European Universities Debating Championships (EUDC).

History
Amsterdam Open is one of the most international tournaments of the Netherlands. In 2019, people from 30 different countries took part in the tournament. In 2020 the tournament took place fully online, due to the ongoing Corona pandemic.
